Raw Radish and Cucumber Salad

This salad took so little time to make: Dice some radishes and cucumbers, add some dill, salt, pepper, a tad of olive oil and some apple cider vinegar. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cucumber, sliced and quartered
  • 1/2 bunch of radishes, sliced and halved
  • 2 teaspoons dill
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt, to taste
  • white pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix.
