Smoked wild salmon gravlax with capers, lime and dairy-free coconut yogurt
Breakfast is by far one of the easiest-to-prepare meals of the day, so most of the dishes that I’ll put up for breakfast are super simple and can be prepped and plated in 5-10 minutes. Case in point: This smoked wild Alaskan salmon gravlax with capers, lime and a smear of Anita’s coconut yogurt, which is dairy-free.
- 1 4-ounce Wild Alaskan salmon gravlax
- 1 teaspoon capers
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1 tablespoon Anita's coconut yogurt
- Remove the gravlax from package and plate. Top with capers, a squeeze of lim, and Anita's coconut yogurt.
